This was truly the best experience I have had. Just as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by two wonderful men in the lobby. When I got upstairs for my procedure, I received a warm welcome from my nurse and doctor. They were both very attentive and knowledgeable. The entire process was very pleasurable. I highly recommend!! I only wish they had more stars!!!!
Like all VCU facilities I've been too, this one is great also.
Make sure you know which building to go to. I have been to all three and I have gone to the wrong one at least once. Google maps does pretty good indicating which building to go to. Need signage downstairs to indicate what floor the specialty you are there for is located. Last trip, there was no signage, luckily, an employees saw me looking, asked and directed me to the floor I needed.
