My mother received over a month of hospice care from VCU health. They were amazing, everyone from the clinical manager to their volunteers. As an RN myself, I had high expectations for the nursing care my mom would receive in her last days and my expectations were met. They were consistently responsive, caring and professional. Highly recommend.
My experience with home by bayada wasn't good at all there were items missing from home coach bag, jewelry and electronic device.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the amazing nurses that work there. We never got a emergency kit and if you called on the weekend and ask for someone to put eyes on my father in law there was only one nurse on call. They really need to do better and support there staff and patients.
