Decent doctor everybody else including the system is incompetent beyond belief. Created an app to help you navigate the hospital just takes you in circle should just have people helping others find their way instead of burning resources up for nothing. Entered a prepayment for my appointment they charged me but didn't factor it into my bill so basically just stole from me as of now which is about a month later. My wife's OBGYN and pregnancy specialist works at VCU and even though I am not the patient, she and the team always ask if I have questions when providing care to my wife. I dont feel invisible as a man. They always make her feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes me happy.
Love my doctor! Great downtown location. Parking is easy. Check in was fast. I didn't have to wait long. The office is clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! VCU is the best!!
