The two front desk employees are amazing, and I honestly don’t understand why this place only has a 3.5-star rating. If I had noticed that rating earlier, I probably would have cancelled my appointment, but I’m glad I didn’t. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed. Every single one of the six staff members I interacted with was wonderful.
Was lied to about my diagnosis and when I had issues after a procedure, the doctor repeatedly told me everything was fine and my issues were unrelated. Seeing a different practice I find out they were wrong.
These doctors rock. I went there because my veins would pop open and just start bleeding. These guys had solution very professional. Very good at what they do
I have had a lot of great experiences with VCU health before but this place did not help me in any way. I had a procedure done on my foot and now the problem is much worse. When I went back to the doctor he said everything looked good and sent me on my way. They also took almost 8 months to bill me for my last appointment and are no wanting me to pay the bill asap.
Staff and doctors are informative about medical procedures. The people who worked with me went out of their way to be as comforting as possible. The only regret was not being able to engage in friendly conversation with the staff due to being a nervous wreck about my procedure. I could tell everyone handling my case including Dr baily was trying to help the best they could and I hope VCU sees this and recognizes their professionalism.
