Went to have blood work done. The female who was going to do the draw, was too busy working on her computer to even look at me when she said "I will be with you in a minute". Then she came over to do the draw, had incredibly poor technique!! I have ropes for veins, have never had someone miss or blow my vein and she not only did it on the first attempt she also did it on the second attempt. Quality control on phlebotomist technique would be a really good idea for this lab.
Confusing on appt/no appt policy. One person says you need to make an appointment next person says no appt necessary! Lab is great, but they need another PT lab person.
Went in for a lab draw. The phlebotomist didn’t wanna draw our labs. She didn’t even wanna look at us in the face to let us know she wasn’t going to draw our lab. She had the housekeeper talk to us.
I go at least 3 to 4 times a month... The phlebotomist are awesome... They listen to you they are welcoming... Plus I am not to fond of needles but they make my anxiety go away. If you have an appointment the wait isn't that long.... They get you in and out as quickly as possible.
