Absolutely awful from start to finish. Promises were made and broken from day one. We switched hospice companies before a week was up. They said they were going to get a respite care bed and never did. Ended up calling another hospice who weren't able to put her on service but they got things done anyway. Thank you to piedmont hospice for getting things done so quickly even though we couldn't use you.
Erica is a outstanding CNA that goes above and beyond.. Beth is a outstanding nurse that goes above and beyond for her patients get company
Erica from VCare has been coming out to bathe my mom for about a year. She is very compassionate and understanding. Some days my mom is in pain and Erica takes a little extra time with her. VCare as a whole has been excellent with my mom. The after hours on call staff is awesome! 10 out of 10 recommend them for your loved one.
Erica is awesome couldnt ask for anyone better shes always on time takes her time with my grandma and goes beyond measures couldnt be more blessed to have her as out nurse
