Racist clinic, they treated my mom and I horribly after we started talking spanish. I asked if we could have information on their vaccine program, and the front lady was extremely hesitant to give it to me, and told me we didn’t qualify. Was extremely rude to my mother because she did not speak english well even though she had a thick accent herself!! If i could give this place a zero, i would. Trash place
Avoid Dr. Salima. I went in for earwax removal and back pain issues but received no meaningful care. She didn’t treat the issue with my ear and told me to go to the ER for back pain, and suggested scheduling another appointment for any concerns I raised, instead of addressing it. After waiting two hours, I was rushed through a dismissive two-minute consultation that left me completely dissatisfied.
This is the worst place I have been to for my treatment. They don’t understand the meaning of an appointment. They treat walk-in and appointment patients the same. This is my second visit, and both visits were terrible. My appointment was at 1:30 PM, but the doctor didn’t arrive until 4 PM. We were in the office for over three hours just to review my lab results with the doctor. They need to organize their appointment system and train their staff accordingly.
