5 stars I have been taking my babies here for over 12 years. The Doctors and all the staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Loxertercamp is very thorough and compassionate and over the years (and my babies emergencies) he has always taken the time to answer any and all of my questions. I have always told family and friend that I only wish I could find a human care doctor and facility that would provide me with 1/2 the care VCA provides my fur babies!!! I feel like I didn't receive the service I paid for. Dr. Loxtercamp not once check my dog in front of me. He took my dog in a different room. For What!!!! No lab work or X-Rays were done. Kind a strange. I left there with unanswered questions, what to do next and still a sick dog. I would not recommend this location. I would like a phone call about this matter.
