I USED to get great care here..USED to. One of my dogs was lethargic I called ahead to let them know we were on the way. When we got there I filled out all the ER paperwork the tech was less then patient with my dog getting him to the back because he was slow and she yanked on my poor dog. Vet came back after evaluation saying nothing outward was found but a fever and high blood pressure which she chalked up to the tress of being at the vet. I was kept waiting in a room 3 hours to see a vet for 10 minutes and then it took them another hour to get medicine and check me out. The vet I had was clearly not a cat lover……….i was there 4 hours, by then my sick cat had been in his carrier for 5 hours……
Very great took my cat in for emergency as he needed stiches of the nose. Both of vets are great and even the vet techs are top notch.
Do not go there. There is an older woman working there named Judith that was very nasty and seemed angry. I made an appointment on the VCA Clermont website and received three confirmations via emails and texts (see enclosure). I arrived 5 minutes early at 2:25 pm. As soon as I walked through the door Judith was very combative and angry that I did not respond to her voice mail.. She said she canceled my appointment even though I was sent confirmations via texts and emails for my 2:30 pm appointment. It seems to me she is very... read more

Best bet in the area. Professional and very knowledgeable. Baby just loved Dr. Grant. Thanks again for such good care. When you need specialty care such as cardiovascular this is the place. An ultrasound was done and the good news was my dog doesn't have an enlarged heart. The only place that can do a bp.
I today I received a post card for my cat lily yearly checkup. However she has been at peace for awhile now no thanks to Riverside. So I decide to write this review in hopes to prevent another pet owners heartbreak. Dr. Reicher said he operated on my cats ear due to an ear infection costing me over $640.00 , even said he took tests and said he would call me asap with the results.
