Their prescriptions are twice as much as Chewy.com and they make it extremely difficult the get meds else where and will not provide the script over the phone to chewy. Instead, I have to wait 3 days for the doctor to have time to write me a physical script. They’re too much about the money and we will be going back to our vet that is further away, but worth it.
They took no responsibility for breaking a disc in my daughters small dogs neck while trimming her nails. They are not careful and not caring. This is a big corporation vet. Do not go here! No stars here! After a huge medvet bill and much pain and suffering for my daughter and her dog we will never come here again!
Your pets are not safe here. I took my dog in to have her toenails trimmed. When they brought her out I could immediately tell that something was wrong. They saw her 2 days later as that was the first time they could fit her in. They gave me meds and told me to take her to medvet if she got worse, so I did and she had to have surgery. VCA refused to take responsibility. They’re saying the problem was hereditary despite that fact that she was injured that day in their office. I put one star because zero stars were not an option. I would not recommend this vet to anyone . We had to put down our cat of 20 years and have never seen a more cold and uncaring vet. It was hard enough putting our little cat down but the way they handled things made it more painful for our cat and us. He was a great cat and deserved better!
Thank you to the amazing staff for being so amazing with my boy. They were so awesome and understanding when we put Chance down last Saturday. We got his ashes back today in a beautiful personalized box with his name, his paw print and a sweet card that touched our hearts.
I have nothing but positive things about VCA Westerville East Animal Hospital. Our normal vet was closed when our dog hurt himself today, and I called VCA at 4pm and had an appointment at 420pm. The entire staff was very friendly and empathetic. They got our fur baby fixed up and we were out by 6pm. We cannot thank you guys enough for everything you did today and the prompt excellent service.
I love VCA Animal Hospital !!The staff are very helpful and full of compassion . They take very good care of my Cujo.
