Dr. Caffey and the staff are simply amazing. I can't list all they have done for us in our short time with them with the word limit on here. They are and continue to be incredible!!
Took my puppy *iCE* in to be treated for parvo, his temperature and glucose count was so low it wasn't being detected by the test given him, he went into a seizure on the table.. the Dr took him in for the day and treated him, when we picked him up around 7 he was alot better than wen we took him in, unfortunately around 130am HE took a turn for the worst his little 2# body couldn't fight it anymore, he died at the age of 4 months.. thanks to Dr Lenberg and the staff at VCA for the care they had given him..
I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years, Dr. Voss is amazing and very caring along with the rest of the staff. They have always been there for me and my canine children.
Dr. Voss is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and great doctor. He has taken care of both my dogs so many times.
The staff here takes awesome care of my cats..they all are fabulous. .They provide fabulous care also..they even do exotic animal care too...

I've taking my cat since he was 3 months old, he is now 9 years old. I love the service and care every time.
My first experience with this VCA was about a year and a half ago when one of my dogs collapsed and I took him there with no appointment, but a friend called ahead for me and they said to bring him in. Immediately I felt the staff and the doctor who saw us was caring and concerned. It turned out I had to say goodbye to my doggie that day; but, through that tough experience, the doctor and staff treated me with compassion and kindness. This is a great place to take your pet for care or even just for lodging if you want to go out of town and your friends can't go with you. Smiley Doggie Face loves to go spend a few days in the kennel where they treat him in a manner to which he has become accustomed. I like to leave him here when I travel also because his favorite doctors are there. I highly recommend VCA West to anyone who needs a close by veterinarian.
