RecommendedMy 3 month old deaf puppy got his leg stuck in a gravity feed water bowl. VCA got him in immediately and even sent staff to home depot to get tools to free him. They are the best!
I have always been happy with the service provided. Today my little guy, my old small terrier, was hurting and they promptly saw him. Now he is sleeping comfortably on the couch at home.
Took my dog in today to be seen due to him being sick. Waited 20 minutes past his scheduled appointment time before we were taken to the exam room. We then waited another 25 minutes for the vet, but unfortunately we were never seen. I had an appointment of my own scheduled so we had to leave. If someone would have told us that the wait was going to be long or set some kind of expectation, that would have gone a long way. Instead, we felt ignored and that our time didn't matter. Caring loving people. Moved to ABQ in January. I was nervous about finding a good vet for my elderly bull dog. My bull dog had some serious skin issues going on. They got him in quickly. Dr Brown treated Jughead until his skin and infection cleared. She was so great with my Jughead. They even did extra things that I wasn't charged for. I wouldn't take my sweet boy to anybody else. Everyone was great in the office. Thank you.
