I had a bad experience at this hospital. They seem to care more about taking advantage of you and milking you for every dollar you have. They do not appear to care for your animal as much as they do your wallet. My dog needed surgery for his bladder stones, as a month before at another VET, they missed 2 stones. His bladder burst again. It was labor weekend. Seemed like they were the only ones available. Less then professional too. Bank of the West was merging with BMO. Horrible experience. Our dog was brought in, completely overlooked while complexly jaundice, given heart medication without supervision and died within 2 days of being there. Dr mallard completely ignored us and our beautiful dog. Worst place ever
This hospital is very low on communication skills with animal parents. I took my cat into emergency care for a blocked urethral. He was triaged promptly. Dr. shriver was the attending vet and he only spoke with me by cell phone. I was sitting in the lobby 🤷♀️. A technician came out to go over treatment & cost $$$$! I had to hunt down Dr Shriver , by phone, to get a promised update that evening (got disconnected once). The next two days Dr Wang took over and she was great. I have a dog with a manageable chronic illness that requires a visit every 28 days THE GOOD: There are some truly caring and knowledgeable veterinarians and vet techs here. We have kept coming back despite the high cost of care here because they take great care of our pup and have shown us compassion and understanding for the burdens that come with taking care of a chronically ill dog.
