I couldn't say enough good things about VCA Carmel. We recently had to have our beloved dog of 15 years put to sleep due to a terminal condition. The staff was kind, thoughtful, gentle and made this as positive an experience for both our beloved dog and us. They have earned our thanks, praise and eternal gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
They groomed my cat and Sarah did a really great job with Stella!
I was able to get a same day appt on a Saturday. They took such good care of my little Willow, and even texted me the next day to check on her! So sweet! �
This animal hospital has helped me in emergency situations more than once. (My vet is usually available and is a friend of mine, or I'd go here regularly.) We found a stray kitten on our property, and they got her through quarantine and perfectly healthy for us (of course it was expensive, but quarantine would be expensive anywhere.) We have the absolute best vet! Last night Do Do was having some issues and I texted her, she calls and says that she was still in the office (at 7:30) and to bring him by. She thoroughly looked him over and hopefully got the fur baby fixed up. Amy McNeill Spencer is the vet. Highly recommend VCA in Westfield/Carmel to care for your babies!
