The Dr's and Technicians are AMAZING, however Andrea Beale (the hospital manager) is a horrible human being and a liar. I have personally watched her sit in her office and REFUSE to speak to unhappy clients forcing employees to lie on her behalf. I guess VCA condones this kind of behavior. I personally think this is disgusting!

I don’t even know where to begin. It was the evening before a holiday and our regular vet was closing for the day. I called VCA on the rare chance we could get in an hour before closing. Not only did they squeeze us in, they stayed 30 minutes past closing time to provide us with thorough and thoughtful care. Dr. Amy Spencer and the vet tech were wonderful. I have been taking my dogs and cats to Village Park Animal Hospital since it began in the 1980s. They have always been very considerate, understanding and in one particular situation when I was out of state and my old dog became very disabled, the veterinarian called me and helped me make a very emotional decision, even crying with me. My current dog loves going there. They must be doing something right. My experiences with the veterinarians, groomers and all the staff has been very pleasant.
