We became pet owners last year and looked around for a caring well rated primary for our cats. We settled on VCA Venice but after a year of being with them they haven't been able to fit us in to the schedule when our cats have fallen ill and advised us to go to an emergency room that would cost a lot more. I don't recommend them, clearly they are taking on more patients than they have time for. Will need to look for a new primary for our kitties.
