My husband and I have been going to VCA since 2004. We could have made a strong case for them to add a drive through window when our Samoyed, Zander developed diabetes in 2012. He loved any reason to see Dr. Jody Willis! His sister, Callie, was diagnosed a year later and we entrusted her to Dr. Willis and her staff.
