Would not recommend. My wife brought her dying cat here last month. The cat's condition was obvious. Instead of being up front with my wife, they recommended a battery of tests and lab work without discussing the cost. Attempted to cancel lab work based on cost and cats condition. Staff was rude and unwilling to listen. Cat was dead a day later. They charge twice as much as other vets for the same work. They prey on people that are in a bad state of mind with their pets dying and get them to sign off on unnecessary, expensiv... read more
Dr. Funaro and Dr. Shaiken area always so attentive to Max when he visits. I really appreciate their quick responses to my phone calls, questions and concerns about Max' health. He looks forward to seeing the staff there and I really appreciate them being available during this crisis.
Staff is fantastic! Dr. Funaro is great with our dogs and also easy to talk to. She cares about your pets and the family!
my first appointment with my new little puppy and everyone was so nice.
Called VCA yesterday to make an appointment, my dog was not acting right. The staff was so helpful, it wasn't an emergency so I had an appointment scheduled for this evening. They called me back last night because they had a cancellation and I was able to get Jake in last night! Love this Vet and Dr. Heather DeRico saw Jake and was able to put my worries to rest! I will never go anywhere else but VCA Animal Hospital!
Top notch. From checking in, talking with the techs and Dr. Willis’ patient, caring and thorough care. I wouldn’t bring my Jake anywhere else!
Dr Funaro is absolutely amazing with my animals (dog and cat). She truly takes the time to research issues and goes above and beyond with every crazy thing I have brought her. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. They have been amazing even when my very big, very loud dog barks the entire time we are in the waiting room.
A great experience, very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!
