we brought our kitten for his first appointment in May, staff was excellent (Dr. Tom is awesome!) very knowledgeable and friendly, and the first visit was free (including his parasite test and treatment, as unfortunately he came home from HHS with a tapeworm). we've decided to keep them as our main vet and enrolled in careclub for him.
Called about an appointment we had scheduled within 2 weeks of getting our kitten so it was supposed to be a free exam. We showed up on time and they cancelled our appointment because we didn’t show up 15 minutes early even though it was never stated that we had to do so. They then recommended us a reschedule appointment right outside the 2 week free timeline. Very disappointed and a little bit suspicious.
