Called about an appointment we had scheduled within 2 weeks of getting our kitten so it was supposed to be a free exam. We showed up on time and they cancelled our appointment because we didn’t show up 15 minutes early even though it was never stated that we had to do so. They then recommended us a reschedule appointment right outside the 2 week free timeline. Very disappointed and a little bit suspicious.

I have been a client at University VCA for over 20 years. While things have changed over the years one thing has remained consistent and steadfast: They love animals. These guys are great. Fast, friendly, and helpful. First time appointment for my cat, 100% discount from visit fees! All we had to pay for was medication. And they even gave us 1 dose free! And a cat specific goodie bag! Pretty awesome for a sunday (or any day).
