A good experience with a business is almost always about the people who represent it, and in this case it is absolutely Sumayah! She is so on the ball and has been wildly helpful with an overseas trip with our animals. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she has been through what I would have expected to be a not-so-great process with the USDA and paperwork. She's phenomenal and because of her, we're switching vets.
I brought my elderly cat her to be put down, he was experiencing severe seizures, and had previous serious neurological issues. This was such a traumatic event as a pet owner and cat lover. The doctor and her assistant were extremely caring and sensitive to the situation. He was seizing when we brought him in the room and they quietly took him out to medicate him so we did not have to see him in that state. They talked us through the process of euthanasia.
