Staff is very friendly, and my parents have been going to the vets there for 23yrs before it became VCA.
The team at VCA spring branch is extraordinary. As new pet owners we were in the dark about choosing the right vet for our pup and I'm glad we chose VCA. Dr. Woodard and Dr. Hudspeth have been beyond professional in dealing with out dog. We can tell she feels more than comfortable with them. Thank you!!
Big shout out to all the staff here! I started bringing my two senior cats here right after adopting them from the SPCA. I am very happy with the courteous and friendly service I receive every time I call or go in. Dr. Woodard does a great job with my cats every time. She has been super helpful guiding me with the care of my two 15+ year old cats with different needs. Highly recommended.
My 6 year old Foxy (Yorkie Terrier) visits Dr. Woodard for her checkups and other appointments when ill. The Vet and staff here are so nice and caring. Even though my Foxy doesn't like coming to these visits, she does good each time. Especially when her daddy comes along on the visit.
I had to put down my cat Izzy, who was suffering with heart failure. The staff was very helpful and respectful. So 5 Star service from me.
Our family has been using this facility for years! Dr. McConaughy is amazing!
