I am really torn, because I Loveee my exotic vet here. Dr. Schweiss is amazing with my rabbits, she is very knowledgable and one of the nicest vets I've ever worked with. That being said, it is sad that she has to work with such an awful receptionist staff. The front desk people are awful, they don't communicate with each other or the customers, they don't complete what they promise you they will do, and all together make this vet's office look incompetent.
