I got here at 6:45am they open at 7am. I was the first one here and the last time I was here was about 2 years ago, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Not cheep but for a pet hospital they are reasonable. Unfortunately, when I came in today they took are pet back for an hour and made him wait for nothing. When we asked what was going on the brought him out to us and said they were waiting on the vet. Then they took him back right away and took us into a room, they are not very busy i cant understand what the hold up is... read more
Rude, unprofessional, charge way way too much. These people want separate visits for everything so they can charge you way more than other places. Other places check more during wellness visits and actually keep records of shots and visits. This place loses those records and frankly when confronted about their high prices and lack of record keeping are incredibly rude and unapologetic. Kind and efficient. Especially, came for a next day followup because we continued to be worried. Everyone treated our pup well. No one dismissed our concerns. Loved the care we received.
