Although Dr. Games is lovely caring and a fine physician . I cannot say that about one other member of his team. Trying to order a prescription shy of the 24 hour period I stopped by to see if my bottled , on the shelf prescription medicine could be given to me for my 16 year old dog. I ran out completely in the am as I have been doing watch on my 87 year old mother and her friend who have had the flu and one I took to the emergency room where I stayed by his side. Dr. Games has been my favorite veterinarian of all time! He takes the time to find out what your pet really needs, and suggests treatment for the cause - not just medicating a symptom. Our dogs have the best life, due in large part to this awesome vet and staff.
We can't say enough good about the staff here. All our fur babies go here. When our kitty died, we received a hand written condolence card, signed by all the staff.
The staff is wonderful!! Our baby Bella was spayed and had 2 of the 4 canines removed today. Dr English called when she was in recovery to inform me that Bella was fine. The staff relieved my stress. Bella loves the staff and the staff loves her. Very happy mommie!!
I took my Jonas for tooth surgery, the doctor was amazing staff great. My Jonas fell ill a month later I needed to get him seen as soon as possible but 3 times when I called for help I was referred to another vet hospital that I was not able to get to. My boy died in my arms, and I remain heart brocken. The staff is wonderful as long as you don't have a crisis.
