They treat my rats like they are just as important as cats and dogs. The only Veterinarians in Western MA that I recommend for excotics and pocket pets.

My Abby needed a follow up from her ER visit @ Boston Rd. When my regular Vet couldn't see her, I brought her here. The care, staff & cleanliness were A+ in my book and I feel very good about bringing my furbabies to you.
My experience was terrible. I have a 14 year old cat and they man handled her to cut her nails. She just started walking a little it’s been 2 days. She has been going there for all her life . I don’t think I’ll be back
I mostly just want to thank everyone at the practice. I came to VCA South Hadley a month and a half ago with a critically ill geriatric cat mostly due to their extended hours and availability during the Columbus day holiday. While I was not able to afford much diagnostics and procedures, they were patient with my family during the hard time and helped us to explore our options. Dr. Hrones followed up with us during the week and coached us through end of life decisions for our dear pet, helping us emphatically and non-judgeme... read more
I was in need of flea repellant for my cat...they were "all out of the right size dosage for my cat's weight..."Oh we will have it in just a couple of days" I waited 6 days, before it came in...meanwhile I was smart enough to go to another clinic and get it right away.... NO need for an animal to suffer due to the inefficiency and delays of a place like this... I will not return again. Is this the way a hospital for humans would operate?
