Very kind and caring staff. They take the time to explain what vaccinations are needed, what they are, and how they work to protect my kitten. I also appreciate that I'm not left guessing about the cost of the visit. They tell me how much I will be charged and confirm my approval before they proceed any further. Two thumbs (and paws) up!
