Dr.Timan and the staff are Great! Have had Dr. Timan for numerous years, through happy and sad times. Always very knowledgeable and explains things in a way I understand. Always happy to answer your questions and go the extra mile to do so if necessary. I have never worried about leaving my animals in his hands! Thank you Dr. Timan for being such a down to earth kind of guy and having such a caring heart! :)
Had to take my Willow (petite siamese) in for an emergency visit with Dr. Rob today.. it was a very scary experience and he was very calm and patient with our questions. She is doing well now, just a little sore, but very thankful they could fit us in!
They are wonderful to our "furry child" and provide outstanding care!
The Vets at this animal hospital are amazing and I have never had a poor experience. Most recently Dr. Havlik diagnosed and taught me how to treat my sweet old kitty for feline diabetes. I will be forever grateful....

Just heard from my son's girlfriend about what a nightmare this place is. She took her little Shih Poo in to get her shots so they can get her licensed. She was told what shots she needed and also which ones they recommended but weren't necessary. She told them just give her the ones she needed. They took her in a room, not allowing the owner to go in, gave her all the shots including ones they were told not to give her. They also groomed the dog without getting permission first. Outrageous!
