The Sandlake veterinarians care so much about their customers, the welfare of the pets they care for, and the owners of those pets. They have excellent "bed-side" manner and empathy as well as expertise in their field. The veterinarians will get back to you if you call with a question or concern. We have been taking our cats there for care for over 30 years and we are so glad they are in our community. We can't imagine what we would do without them!
VCA Sand lake animal Hospital has some of the most compassionate, empathetic, professional, and friendly people I have met. They go above and beyond to help assure your furbaby is taken care of, and healthy. They genuinely care about your pet. When I had to have my kitty taken care off, I received a call the next day, to check on her. It wasn't an automated call asking me to leave a brief message to let them know how she was doing, but an ACTUAL person... It was the Doctor! I love this place. We had to take my son's dog in to "be put to sleep" yesterday. Slayter was a beloved 12 year old boxer and was really declining in his health. We (and Slayter) were treated with respect and dignity. The staff was understanding and supportive and, most of all, caring. Thanks from Chris, Heather and Lynn.
