I have been a long term customer of this vet. I have 4 dogs and they have all come here for years. Broken legs, allergies, spine issues....endless amounts of money spent. My oldest dog was in respiratory distress last night. It was heart breaking to show up at 10:48 pm and be told "We are closed" Really? Your sign says you close at midnight? They saw my kitty immediately, sorted out what was wrong and kept me informed. They had great, safe procedures in the midst of Shelter in Place and physical distancing. Everyone was kind, helpful and offered the information and guidance I needed for my cats problem.
Wonderful first time visit today. Every interaction from the first phone call to each conversation with staff was warm, caring, pleasant & professional. Opens early, closes late, including the weekends. Excellent emergency care, high-tech facility, upfront about costs, separate dog/cat waiting areas, and valet parking! Excellent doctors , front desk staff can be unfriendly at times. But I would recommend VCA to anyone Excellent!
Dr Williams saved my puppy. She had serious arrhythmias and cardiomyopathy. After 4 months of trying different combinations. Her arrhythmias are gone and her hearts almost normal.
All the doctors and technicians are highly skilled and very kind. The staff are always helpful and considerate. My cats and I love this place, and my pets receive the best possible care. Very grateful.
