I would like to say I can't thank you enough for the all the care and attention you gave Frodo all these years, everyone has always been very professional and friendly. My sincere gratitude especially to Dr Adams for her time and dedication and for always being available in the times Frodo needed the most. I just want to express my sincere gratitude for all the staff at VCA North Royalton..they were all extremely compassionate with us during one of the most difficult days with our sweet Labradoodle Stella! I cannot express enough how wonderful the whole team is at this clinic. We’ve been taking our dogs there for years and the whole staff is very professional and friendly. Yesterday was a terrible day for my little family. My sweet chocolate lab Cooper had to be put to sleep. The entire staff was so very compassionate and sensitive to all our needs. I’m grateful that they were there for us.
We can do nothing but rave about how amazing this place is!! The staff from front desk, techs, and vets are the absolute best!!! We have two chocolate lab puppies who get so excited to go to the vets. What dog does that? A VCA dog does! I also recommend the puppy plus plan. Saved us so much! Thank you guys for always being so great!
The staff are wonderful, and friendly. Very informative. Every Dr. I have had encountered. Are exceptionally awsome.
I called just to get an idea of what it would cost to have my puppy neutered and a gastropexy preformed and Bridget was very unwilling to help me. She said I would have to bring him in for an appoinment and that they do not do quotes over the phone. I asked her if they did gastropexy there and she just said “I don’t know.” I had to ask her to check for me. Terrible first impression. I would never go there now.
This is such an amazing group of people who truly care about your pets, and the owners as well. Our first time dealing with this place was for the devastating end of our beloved almost 16 year old pup. The care and compassion we received was above and beyond expected. We have recently welcomed a new fur baby, she was a surrender due to previous owner having to go to continuing care facility.
