Everyone is great at this place, very professional, very friendly. I really like how Dr. Hartwick explains everything that will be done to my pug Brutus. He never appears rushed. Brutus also enjoys the staff here. He responds very well to Dr. Hartwick.
We returned to Dr. Casale at VCA Rossmoor-El Dorado Animal Hospital after a poor experience with a Vet that was located closer to us. After 5 years of being a consummate animal care professional, taking care of our pet, providing support, Dr. Casale helped us deal with a very sick dog. Dr. Casale is a caring, attentive, compassionate person and Veterinarian. I wish Dr. Casale and her team the best for the future as we no longer have our dog and will not be visiting the office. Staff is friendly and welcoming, very sweet and patient with my two Sphynx cats. Vet is knowledgeable about care specific to the breed. They are organized, efficient, and the place is very clean. They are up front about costs and work with you to make an appropriate care plan. I am very pleased with VCA Rossmoor! I give them 5- 😻😻😻😻😻!
