This review is for their Groomer Barb, not the Animal Hospital itself, I love their staff and think their team is amazing. Barb on the other hand... I just picked my 2 dogs up from their grooming appointment with her, after being charged more money than normal for them I asked why this was, her reasoning was because she felt like they were more work. The staff is kind and professional.
The staff along with Dr Katie and Dr Chris are the best. They answer all your questions. every time i come in they greet you with a smile.

I love this place. I have a rescue pit bull who had fear and aggression issues with a previous vet ( not their fault, she was still sorting things out). My dog loves to come here. Is comfortable with staff. We are grateful.

My new puppy, Scout, loves the people at Richland Animal Hospital. They are very welcoming, caring, and informative. I know Scout is in good hands when we’re there. He got his first examination today and he is healthy and the doctor is happy with what she saw. They helped apply the first topical preventative for us. This vet is affordable and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Richland Animal Hospital!
