Today was hard-- but the understanding staff did everything to help though this emotional event. They made Tessa a paw print - took care of the cremation and walked us through the worst thing possible. Xander, is now at the Rainbow Bridge and feels no pain. Thank you to the great staff here.
They took great care of both my cats when they needed emergency treatment. Their treatment time was much quicker then they had predicted. They were upfront about the cost and treatment options. All the staff was friendly and compassionate.
We are new to petcare, and so far I am impressed. More to come as we have do Rusty's leg/knee.
Every time i go here they are rude and make me wait forever. Once they charged me $51 to put my suffering pet rat down.
Dr. Kruger was very awesome and really worked hard to figure out what is going on with my dog. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
I love that I have the confidence that my fur baby is always in great and capable hands
