I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated over the phone by the front desk staff. After being evacuated from our home due to the Kincade Fire, our Olde English Bulldoggee passed away unexpectedly. Since we were away from home and away from our vet, I decided to call Pet Care to see if they could help us.
