The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as the pet doctors of course. Clean, calm environment for our fur babies.
The one experience I had with this VCA was very positive. Our dog's suffering worsened substantially Friday night into Saturday morning, when our normal VCA was closed. Not wanting to prolong his suffering any longer and knowing it would be the last time both my partner and I could be with him at the same time, we determined it was the right time to allow him to pass peacefully. Dr. Eng is the best vet we have had the pleasure of seeing. He’s so thorough in explaining whats going on with our pet, never rushes through it, and compassionate. He’s always straight forward with what we actually need to do. Would definitely recommend, you can trust him with your fur babies.
