Dr. Eng is the best vet we have had the pleasure of seeing. He’s so thorough in explaining whats going on with our pet, never rushes through it, and compassionate. He’s always straight forward with what we actually need to do. Would definitely recommend, you can trust him with your fur babies.
One of the most overpriced and underwhelming VET practices we’ve ever encountered. They clearly have a captive audience—their lack of competition is apparent. The check-in staff would be well-served if they were schooled in customer service; she’s simply unfriendly.😔
Today we unfortunately had to put our beloved husky down. We have never been to this vet before today, we were desperate due to our regular Vet not treating us well. Our husky was in bad shape and we were having a hard time finding somewhere that would take him in quickly. We didn’t want him to suffer and fortunately VCA helped us. I wish we had found this Vet earlier, everyone there was so kind and compassionate to us, even though we were strangers to them.
