One of the most overpriced and underwhelming VET practices we’ve ever encountered. They clearly have a captive audience—their lack of competition is apparent. The check-in staff would be well-served if they were schooled in customer service; she’s simply unfriendly.😔
Today we unfortunately had to put our beloved husky down. We have never been to this vet before today, we were desperate due to our regular Vet not treating us well. Our husky was in bad shape and we were having a hard time finding somewhere that would take him in quickly. We didn’t want him to suffer and fortunately VCA helped us. I wish we had found this Vet earlier, everyone there was so kind and compassionate to us, even though we were strangers to them. Recently had to put my 14.5 year old Lab, Fonzie to rest. VCA team were great, caring and compassionate. When I received his remains I was very impressed. You can tell they put the upmost care and attention into each and every detail. Thank you VCA team!
