The staff is amazing! The front desk staff immediately greets you with a warm smile that automatically makes you feel more at ease. I brought my dog in for an emergency appointment and even though they were getting ready to close for the day, they checked in with me, discussed a treatment plan with me, and made my boy feel so much better. I didn’t feel rushed! The vets check in with you the following day to make sure everything is alright as well. I feel better knowing my dog’s care is in such great hands!
VCA Park Cities Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pet. The staff incredibly friendly, cordial, and professional. They took wonderful care of my cat when he wasn't well. They are well were the trip if you don't live close to them.
I wish they were closer to me! I drive 25 min. (Sometimes more depending on traffic) because they are wonderful. We love Dr. Herring!
These folks did not hesitate to help a poor wild bird I brought in that had fallen into a container of black oil. I hope the little thing is alright. Bless you all for doing what you do!
Having to put down our sweet dog Lola was the hardest decision ever. The professionals at Park Cities Animal Hospital made the hardest day a little better in so many ways. Not only did I feel their love for our dog, but also the extreme compassion toward us. I really can't say enough good things, from start to finish, about everyone there who helped us. Thank you, a million times over - we appreciate your help and guidance more than you know.
Will never return -- overpriced, haughty, could care less. Their only interest is fingering your pocketbook.
I love this hospital. I was referred to Dr. Hille when my first pass was very ill. I have been bringing my dogs here then. The care provided here is the top notch. Everyone here is amazing and does the best job possible to make sure everyone's pets are well cared for.
