My family and I were dreading this visit because we discussed what the outcome may be and unfortunately we had to put our dog to rest. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Knowing how hard it was on us, they not only reassured us that our decision was right because he was in so much pain but they also gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. After multiple visits to another Deltona Vet Clinic (who never diagnosed my dog correctly and we spent over $300 on medications) this Vet Clinic not only diagnosed my dog but got him the proper treatment. He has improved ten fold. The Vet even texted me to ask if he was improving. I have NEVER had a Vet do that before, even when the Vet was a life long family friend.
The first time Sheldon was here I could not come but I was told he was treated well and with meds he is acting like a happy cat. I had to take him again for worms,😝,and this time I took Sheldon. Most of the staff was nice and considerate. Sheldon was treated with kindness. I enjoyed the visit and Sheldon took the shot like a trooper. Thanks guys.
My sweet boy just had his teeth cleaned on Tuesday. This was the first time he has ever been put to sleep and I was a little nervous but he was in great hands. All of the doctors and techs were very good to my little guy and his breath smells sooooo much better. Thank you guys!
I love the care plan which includes 5 yearly visits.
Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes. All the doctor did was take my cats temperature and that is ALL he did. I get a call this morning from the doctor saying in hindsight he should have taken my cats blood pressure to see if he has high blood pressure. I most certainly am not going to bring my cat up there again and especially pay another office visit fee. That is just ridiculous! I think he should h... read more
Orange City animal Clinic, is a great place to take your animals. The staff and Drs are friendly and render good medical care. I would recommend this facility.
