RecommendedWe have been to several of the vets there and they are great. We had to follow up unexpectedly the next day once and they got us in right away and addressed everything. Great staff!
I brought in my 13 week old puppy, with severe vomiting and dehydration. The vet, refused to do an ultrasound and missed a blockage in the intestine. 2 days later I took my incredibly dehydrated and sick puppy (skin and bones, vomiting and no bowel movement for a week) to Cottonwood Animal Hospital. They did an ultrasound and found the blockage right away. My puppy had to be given fluids so she was stable enough for surgery. Horrible!!! Please don’t take your pets here!!! They almost killed our puppy! The missed a foreign body and bowel obstruction! Their only excuse was “the other hospital had better equipment”. Sent us home with antibiotic! Even after telling the Doctor (I’ll use that term lightly!) she hasn’t had a bowel moment and is still not eating she prescribed a med to “entice her to eat.” If you have crappy equipment maybe you should use your knowledge or lack there of, to suggest people never come to your facility!!!! I brought my Maltese mix in and I am so impressed with Dr. Vaas. He explained everything he was doing/that needed to be done. Highly recommend!
Today is Bobo's 14th Birthday.. Bobo was diagnosed with Lymphocytic Leukemia a year ago.. He would not have made it to his Birthday today without Doctor Vaas!! He is an amazing Doctor And we are so grateful to him and the wonderful Staff!! Bobo says thank you so much!
They take care of several pets for me. Tried the grooming for my Scottie today and I’m pleased. Groomer helpful and knowledgeable
Our first experience with Oquirrh Hills was recently when we had the devastating loss of my daughter's sweet 9 month old collie, Abu. When he was rushed into OHAH, Dr. Hong and the entire team of techs, veterinarians and staff did everything they possibly could do to save his life. We will miss Abu always and not only knowing everything was done to try and save him, everyone at OHAH has been beyond compassionate. These guys are so good with our pets.
No one ever plans to have to have your fur baby put to sleep. But after 13 amazing years our fur baby Ruger was ready to visit his cousins in doggy heaven. The minute we walked into the clinic we were greeted kindly and quickly. Dr. Vaas & Allison were AMAZING today.
