Old River is the best! I have a dog with a lot of health issues and they are so sweet and patient with all his needs and my concerns. I also have 3 other dogs that are always taken very good care of with the doctors and techs here. They are definitely high quality and have fantastic service. Dr. Jackson and Dr. Mishiko are the very best, you won't be disappointed here!
Ridiculously over priced. Was able to go to another vet in Tracy and get what I needed done for my pet for 1/2 the price.
We have 5 cats and 3 dogs. We have been coming here since we moved to Tracy 5 years ago and have always had a great experience. Dr. Jackson was great when our dog had to have ACL surgery. The entire staff were just amazing in his care and treatment

Old River has been our family's go to vet for years. I grew up going there with my childhood animals and now I take my own pets there. I will never take my pets any where else. They are extremely well taken care of. Both the veterinarians and vet techs are all wonderful. I have even job shadowed there before when I was in high school. Yesterday I found a frightened stray chihuahua in Tracy while visiting my dad at the hospital. I live in Oakland and had brought my three dogs along for the day, so I could not leave her in my van. The awesome staff at Old River scanned her (no chip) and kept her at the clinic for the afternoon while I spent time with my dad. Picked her up on my way out of town and will try to find her owners. Thanks Old River for helping me save this little pup!
