RecommendedThey have been here as long as I have been in Tracy. Dr's have changed and the building has changed, but the level of service and love has not. My best cat ever ended up with cancer and they helped me through the process and when it was time to let him go. He was 19 and the most beautiful loving cat in the world. I am so impressed by the doctor and the staff. They took my dog when my own vet refused to do because of the coronavirus. My dog got a full exam and the doctor found issues that I wasn’t previously made aware of by my other vet I would give them 100 stars if that was an option
We moved recently and needed a new place to take care of our little furry creatures. I am so glad we decided on VCA. The staff and the doctors are great. The doctors take their time to examine and explain what procedures or vaccinations they will be doing. We recently had an emergency with our puppy and the whole staff was caring and patient and took good care of her.
I always had good care for my pet dog Brownie whom we just lost .Our veterinarian gave good advice and medications to help him. The whole staff was kind and caring .i recommend VCA Old River Animal Hospital ..
My cat, Lyric, was already scared because the last car ride we took with him was too long for his tastes. I opened his kennel in the exam room and let him explore for a minute before our vet tech came to perform his initial checks. He immediately opened up to her and later the doctor. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to answer my silly questions. He will be going back soon to finish immunizations and later our other cat will be going in as well. Very glad my friend recommended VCA Old River.
Love Old River! Moved away from Tracy almost 4 years to East Bay but still take our dog to Old River. They give him such good care and the staff and doctors are great. So its worth the drive.
