The relief Dr's have been fantastic and of course Dr Sullivan is the Best.. We are so blessed to have them all care for Jack, they know how important he is to us❤️ The staff I can't say enough they are caring and respectful of what our dog needs Thank you all
One of the best vets we have ever been too. They treated our bogs like family. They even called after our dog was diagnosed with parvo and they knew his treatment was done to see how he was. The last time i was there they gave me options on what was needed for our boston and when i had to decide to put him down they were very caring. They always send my dogs birthday cards.
After taking many animals to this clinic in years past, only to be told today that your not taking any "new" clients. I am more than disappointed and defiantly won't bother telling anyone about all the great care my pets have received...as it won't matter anyway.
They're wonderful here! Communication was excellent between them and the emergency vet in Vancouver that we had to take our cat to the night before. Went over everything, called and gave me detailed updates, wonderful technicians who seemed to really care about my cats experience as he stayed there, and even let me come visit him during his stay. Highley recommend and trust with my pets care!
Dr. Amata is the most compassionate vet I’ve ever taken my animals to. I’ve been taking them to her for years because she has always gone well above and beyond for us. She genuinely cares about her job and the pets she cares for and it shows in her work. I trust her completely with their care. I’ve never had a bad experience with the VCA. After shoddy treatment of our puppy with his shots and microchip placement, we had to put down our dog. I called the day after the emergency vet visit for help; they never returned my call and I had to take him back into the emergency vet in Vancouver where we had to put him down. Five days ago my shih tzu, Guido was throwing up, having diarrhea, blood in his urine. He was also acting lethargic. I called wanting to bring him in but the girl said there was only one vet on staff and they wouldn't be able to see him until next week even after I explained how poorly he was and I was afraid he'd die. Granted, it was later in the day but I feel like they should have fit Guido in since they are where I take my dogs, they even did surgery on my pit bull, and since Guido was doing so poorly.
