Very polite and caring staff! Unlike most, they aren't just worried about getting paid! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with pets!
We have taken 3 of our Babies to this hospital. Two were emergencies, we had to let our Baby Jade Riley cross the Rainbow Bridge there ( she was only 2..�). Charlie got pancreatitis when he was only a ur old and spent 3 days, 2 nights there and we were able to come visit and stay with him as long as we wanted. Northwood has went above and beyond for me and my pets. Dr Prichard is amazing her passion for the animals she takes care of is wonderful. Rena ( I know I spelled her name wrong I am sorry) who is a vet tech is so loving and really cares. And then Trish is wonderful she will listen and help you any way she can plus she always knows us by name. You girls have done so much for Marco and Walker if it wasn't for you all I would of recently lost Walker and you done so much for my little girl Marco but she lost her battle and pass... read more
I am speechless at the wonderful care we received. We got to say goodbye to our best friend in the most precious way. Our hearts � are full from the love and support these wonderful people gave us.
Everyone is so nice. The ladies up front rock. Dr Mejeur is fantastic. I brought my Sulcata Tortoise to NW because he has a leg that is unusable from a past surgery years ago. I took Tank to see Dr Mejeur to possibly have a wheel put on. Dr Mejeur took ex-rays and talked at length with me about what the best rout would be. A couple weeks later he called and said he thought the best thing to do would be to cut a cue ball in half and epoxy it on. We were referred here by our home veterinarian. It's a well worth the 2 plus hour drive. The attention, professionalism, and quality care they give is A++. I will not use anyone else for my pets critical care or surgeries. I can not recommend them enough. They are awesome.
All I can say this is a awesome place staff and doctors took my little tea cup Yorkie in and very sick I didn't think it would make it and guess what the brought her the whole staff are great THANK you
After calling a dozen animal hospitals to find someone to look at my sick guinea pig we called VCA and their exotic animal vet stayed after his shift to look at her. Though we had to decide to let go of our guinea pig, the staff here was very caring and helpful throughout. They made such a hard situation easier and you can tell they really care about the aniamls. We will be going back if we ever need emergency vet care again.
