RecommendedI’ve been going to them for over 20 years with cats and dogs. Excellent care!!!
For a non fear clinic my dog got the worst treatment. Told us to not feed our dog for for 16 hrs before his 8am appointment. It’s now 5pm- and he is well over 24hrs no food or water. They didn’t even preform surgery yet. When they told us he wasn’t even in surgery yet and Locked in a cage way longer than what was expected I decided that was enough and picked him up .I take time off of work to be here for my dog and they can’t even get to his surgery.Don’t get me started on their outrageous pricing compared to any other vet i... read more

RecommendedIt was so scary seeing my dog have a seizure. VCA got my dog in right away, discussed treatment and f/u instructions if it happens again. They also understood cost restrictions. Writing this review after seeing 30 other good reviews about them on St.John’s neighborhood page.
Dr. Ben and the whole staff are so kind, caring, thorough, and professional. My 16 year old cat is in the best possible hands. We both love the team at VCA NoPo.
I feel this hospital is the best and the very safest one to take your pet !
VCA is so caring and very devoted to my pup! I especially appreciate the wellness postcard reminders! We signed up for the Care Club today and I can tell you that it’s definitely worth it!
