Took my puppy in last Monday He could noy bear weight on his leg. Goy me an appointment within an hour of calling. I cant remember his drs name but she was young and so nice. Suggested xray and such but suspected a torn ACL. Was helpful when she let us know a $65 test will tell better if its the acl than $300 xrays. So we went ahead and did the test on her suspicions it was the acl which wont show up on xrays. The doc was right. And we got him on bedrest and meds. A basic check up to get a refill on my flea meds is $60 as a returning client. What a rip off! And all they do is try to sell you tests and drugs to get more money out of you. They tried to use scare and fear tactics to get me to do unnecessary things to my dog. They are in it for the money, not the health and welfare of animals and their owners.
We've been with VCA for over 10 years. This was back when VCA and Noah's were separate. Over the years we've seen the changes for the good and are happy to have the amazing VCA staff care for our fur-babies. Thank you for making our visits a seamless process! Tabby & Odie appreciate you!
The staff is great Dr Simonson took great care of my puppy when she broke her leg... they always followed up ...and answered any questions I had..
Great pet hospital. All of the vets are very knowledgeable and personable. They always follow up with a check up call a few days after i bring in my dog.
