I had to take my cat who was a rescue from another facility in to have her big girl shots and exam. I had heard about this facility so decided to choose it. I’m thrilled about my decision as everyone from entrance to exit treated both my cat and myself fabulous! They answer absolutely every question and you know every second what they are doing and when you check out zero surprises. Every employee treated my Mickey as they would treat their own baby! Loved the vet that took care of him, Dr. Brittany Wilson was so thorough and explained everything she did in detail! When I called them they explained that they were completely booked but would get us in. We got him all checked in and didn't sit in the waiting room more than 15-20 minutes. Had the horrible experience of having to put our 13 year old lab mix, Pepper, down last night. We weren't regular patients at this office, but you would have never known that. They treated us like we had been going there for her entire 13 years. They talked us thru the process and were very calming. They treated or dog with respect and provided her the opportunity to die with dignity. Thank you. Words can't express how grateful we are for accommodating us on such short notice. Pepper is no longer in pain. <3
