They were caring and sensitive to Aggie's needs and ours!
This place is very expensive. I received a quote to get my dog's teeth clean for $1300 which included two teeth extraction. I went to Banfield Hospital instead and got her teeth done for $500 which included two teeth extraction. Be careful and do your research, you don't have to spend that kind of money to get you dogs teeth clean.

I used VCA for many years when I lived in Waterford. Always friendly, the staff was knowledgable, and the vets always took the time to thoroughly explain anything that needed to be done during routine and emergency visits. When my Chocolate lab was a puppy we even went to puppy classes they offered. Great vet!
Nice staff, wait time once was a bit ridiculous but other than that it was fine.
They are more expensive than other places, and a few staff members need a lesson in customer service, but they treat my dogs well and are thorough with them.
