Wanted to treat my 18 yr old cat for ear mites at a estimated cost of $595-$694.Dont recommend got medicine for $9 at local pet store.VERY DISSAPOINTED
Dr Brown and her staff are wonderful. When getting a dog from the pound you never know how they are going to act with other people. When we took him to see Dr Brown for the 1st she and her staff never batted a eye. They lived in him and he was so excited to be there. We could not be more excited to feel like he was in good hand. Now when we tell our pup he has to go to the vet he gets so excited. Thanks for great service.
We recently moved to the area but had to board our two cats at VCA until we were able to close on our home. The staff at VCA made it clear how much they cared for Elliot and Olivia, which made me feel so much better about their extended stay there. I am so grateful that the staff took the time to get to know my little monsters! No way I would use this place. My fur grandbaby got sick and whoever answered the phone today told my daughter she was uneducated
When I called this morning after opening 7AM for my dog which had been having seizures on an off all night, last count was 18. I was told they could "work me in" at 1030. When asked if all of the previous appointments were emergency related. "No" but Dr. Chow has to see her appointments. Well thanks for the understanding Dr. Chow. Was just looking to get my dog some relief. Clear example of $$$$ taking precedence over care.
The best care and Place ever!!! 5 stars don't even start to rate this place!!! Staff was wonderful on point and so loving and caring to the animals!!!
I spent $255 there yesterday. Ouch. Good care though
