Today i called 10 min before they closed frantic about my outdoor cat not hardly breathing and they turned me down even after i said i need to put my kitty down fast. She is suffering. I’m only 5 min away i really don’t want her to suffer. They turned me down stating they close in 10 min and they had another emergency. I had to drive about 30 min to Cary street animal hospital to arrive and my kitty died right when we were about there. RecommendedThey are a great group of folks. Always friendly and helpful. Dr. brown is the best. She never pushes you to do something you cannot afford and she will try to give you options.
Terrible place, only cares about money and not your animals health. Won't admit when they're understaffed or incompetent and lets your animal suffer because of it. They even charge more than the emergency vet does so save your money and the hassle and take your dog somewhere else.
This is the poorest excuse of an establishment I have ever visited. Do your research, check out complaints at the BBB and on Yelp. It’s clear we should have never trusted them with our bloodhounds since Dr. Fransom moved on!

Very disappointed. I contacted VCA in Quinton Va to get my health form completed for my emotional support animal and was told they won’t complete my form. I was told I would have to drive an hour each way to go to their other location to complete the form. When I explained that I would have to take a day off work because I work an hour away from home I was told that I would just have to do that then, very cold and non empathetic.
