I always feel good about my Westie's care here, I'm so grateful to have found this practice!
After last night... NOT AT ALL HAPPY! My fur baby gets stressed going to the vet, so the delay in being seen only added to my fur baby's stress level. The desk staff could see she was stressed yet no effort was made to get us seen any quicker. After seeing the vet, we waited 15 minutes to have blood drawn which the vet had to do because the techs were all busy with surgical releases. Add to it they hurt her when drawing the blood. Over an hour last night for an appointment that should be half that.
