excellent doctors technicians and front desk staff
I've been a client of VCA for over 15 years. from diagnosis through treatment I have always been informed in a language that I could understand. the staff are sympathetic in sad times, laugh at happy times and provide excellent treatment! I will continue to go to VCA, my pets feel comfortable with everyone there. Took my cat Toby there a week ago for a physical. Had a great experience from the front desk staff, the Vet Techs, and Dr. Thomas! Took my cat Kibbles there for an emergency years ago and had a great experience then so when it came time for Toby to go I had no qualms taking him there. Thank you for taking care of my beautiful Siamese boy!
My three dogs are patients here and three “angels” prior to them. The VCA staff are a caring group of people. The physicians have true affection for my dogs and make me feel comfortable with their care decisions. My oldest, Daisy, had osteosarcoma 10 years ago and should not be alive. She’s everyone’s miracle dog and the most loving pet i’ve Ever had. VCA physicians have worked to keep her healthy, comfortable and happy so what more can I ask!!
I have been taking my cat Lola here sine she was a kitten. The Doctors and staff are so caring and nice. They take the time to answer your questions.
My pup has epilepsy and chronic pancreatitis. All of the docs are very thorough and patient with my immense amount of questions. The entire office's follow-up and responsiveness is amazing. They coordinate my dog's care with his neurologist and docs at the VSEC; we are extremely lucky to have VCA Neshaminy care for our dog.
My dog needed attention. She was bleeding .they took her right away.extremly helpful
